Shipping and Return Policy


Shipping Costs and Domestic Shipping


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.  At checkout, the total price including taxes as well as shipping charges will appear after you place your order.  Remote areas will have a slight increase in the cost of shipping.


Shipments within Canada will ship via Stallion Express, Canada Post or UPS.


Shipments within the USA will ship via USPS or UPS


Depending on the product and location you are purchasing, a free shipping option may be available if you see it in your cart.


Order Processing Time & Delivery Schedules


Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  All orders created on Monday, Wednesday or Friday by 6:00am EST will be shipped on that same day.


We observe Canadian holidays.  Shipments will process on the next business day proceeding the Canadian holiday.  For example, if Monday is a statutory holiday, orders created on that Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.


Our goal is to make sure our customers receive their orders quickly.  We try to keep all of our products in stock.  On occasion, a product will run out of stock.  If we are out of stock, we will not sell the product.


P.O. Boxes and Parcel Forwarding Services


If you have a P.O. Box, usually our products are too large to fit.  Your order will ship to your local post office for pickup.


If you use a parcel forwarding service, we will not be liable for any damage, defect or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacement products or refunds for orders that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.  Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding service is placed at your own risk. Interactivia is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages from a parcel forwarding service.


Damaged Products

In the event that the product or packaging is damaged, the carrier will deliver the product with a proof of damage receipt.  Immediately email with pictures of both the damaged product and the receipt.  An investigation will take place and new product will be shipped or a full refund will be given.


Incomplete Adresses

If you do not provide the full and correct address and the product gets returned back to Interactivia, you will be charged with a 25% restocking fee.


For example, the address says “Unit 3” instead of “Door 3” but there is no “Unit 3”.  This is enough for the carrier to misunderstand how to find the actual address. 


Lost Packages

A package is considered lost when your delivery window has exceeded 7 business days and your package does not show “completed” or “delivered” status.  The next step is that we look into it from our end.  Once it is established that the product is lost, a replacement product will be shipped with no additional fees.


International Shipping

International shipping is available upon request. Please email for custom quotes.  Due to the nature of the products we sell, shipping costs are generally high.


Multiple Shipments

Multiple shipments will be bundled together.  Sometimes we will repackage multiple items into a larger box together in order to accommodate more economical shipping rates.


Tracking Orders

When orders are processed to “delivery” status, tracking numbers are provided in the blastandtumble.com portal.  To check the status of your shipment, login to your blastandtumble.com account.


Return Policy

We accept returns.  To open up a return, please ship the product back unopened with it’s original strapping intact and with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that will be emailed to you.  A full refund will be given when we receive the product.  You have 30 days from when the tracking number shows that the package has been delivered to return the product.  It must take no longer than 45 days for Interactivia to receive the return.  To keep our prices low, when you return a product you will have to pay for the return shipping.


Cancelled Orders

Orders must be cancelled before the product is shipped from our warehouse.  If the order is cancelled after it ships, a 25% restocking fee will apply.


Restocking Fees of 25%

A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to the following returns: the buyer provides the incorrect delivery address.  A cancelled order has been shipped.  An unwanted item is returned.


The only case where restocking fees will not apply is for lost or damaged packages with proof (and a statement from the delivery carrier).
